Who we are
Hi, I’m Annie, a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with over 12 years of experience. I'm passionate about trauma-informed practice and have lots of experience working in out-of-home care. I love helping clients with their language, literacy, and social skills in a way that supports their strengths and respects their unique ways of communicating.
It's important to me that my services are both evidence-based and neuroaffirming. I’ve completed additional training in programs like the Lidcombe Program, Westmead Feelings Program, LAMP Words for Life, Sounds-Write, MultiLit, Talking Mats, Investigative Interviewing, Tuning in to Teens, and Hanen More Than Words.
Beyond speech pathology, I’m passionate about neuroscience and psychology, which I’m currently studying further. I have also taught speech and drama for the past 20 years and serve as an examiner for the Australian Speech Communication Association (ASCA) and Vice President of the Hawkesbury City Eisteddfod.
In my spare time, you’ll find me reading, swimming, or spending time with my two children and dog, Poppy.
I look forward to being a part of your journey.
